The house plan is absolutely wonderful. It is the most livable floor plan we've ever lived in. Traffic flow is excellent even with a party of 42 people! You can circulate from the foyer to the great room to the dining room to the hall for the guest bathroom and back. There are no dead ends.
People in the kitchen are not isolated from the party because they can talk to those in the dining room and great room.
The master bedroom is separated from the guest bedrooms by the great room and kitchen creating very good privacy.
If there is such a thing as a perfect floor plan, this is it! The house is positioned to take full advantage of the views. The master bedroom, great room, dining room and one of the guest rooms all have mountain views.
