5 Maize Trail - A work in progress - Updated 11 July 2005
5 Maize Trail is nearing completion. The exterior stucco is complete, with the last exterior tasks being a semicircular wall in front creating an enclosed patio, and final clean up.
On the inside it’s a matter of cleaning up and getting ready
for the new owners to move in.
The new wall enclosing the front patio is going in on the left.
The other side of the outdoor fireplace seen in the first photo.
The guest bath is finished. The rich dark wood is featured
throughout the house.
Looking from the entry hall into the great room with
the dining room on the left.

Rich wood cabinets lighted from inside add warmth to the kitchen.
The kitchen seen from the dining room (with some of the
cleaning products and equipment adorning the marble countertops).
All of the lighting is in including this handsome
leaded glass shade in the entry hall.
The ceiling fan and kiva fireplace in the master bedroom.
