Drew Owens has designed and built nearly 40 custom homes in the Placitas area over the last decade and was awarded the coveted Best in Regional Style/Southwest by Custom Builder Magazine.
In the coming weeks we shall be adding more homes to this on-line portfolio of homes. We shall also be adding updated photos and more detailed information for each of the homes.
We hope from the few homes we have added thus far, that you can get a feeling for Drew’s dramatic style and attention to detail.
Webmaster points: A lot of these photos show quite a bit of snow, which is one of the joys of living in Placitas. But just to put the record straight, it only snows for a few months out of the year. The rest of the time, Placitas is basked in sunshine, about 300 days a year on average. And with one or two exceptions, the snow is never very deep and is usually gone in a few days.
Recently completed custom designed luxury home perched
dramatically on a hill in the prestigious community of Overlook
in Placitas. This home features many of Drew’s signature design features. And needless to say, the views are spectacular.
